Services
Consulting
A/E/C Business Strategies takes a multi-pronged approach to working with our clients and helping them meet their business, professional and personal goals. We work primarily in industries associated with construction, engineering, project management, and public sector contracting. We understand the pressures on prime contractors to meet the compliance goals established at the Federal, State and local levels and can help identify, source and professionalize MWBE, DBE, and SDVOB firms to ensure value and reduce risks of poor performance.
Coaching
Coaching and mentoring are separate activities. Coaching is primarily individually-based and focuses on personal and professional goals. A coaching relationship is driven by the client with support from the coach. Mentoring is more business and professionally oriented that blends guidance, advice, and direction in collaboration between the mentor and the mentee. In a mentoring relationship there are established goals and the mentor and mentee work collaboratively to solve problems and plot a path forward to achieve goals and objectives. A/E/C Business Strategies provides both coaching and mentoring services to individuals and small businesses. We can combine consulting, coaching, and mentoring activities to provide a comprehensive and holistic service for the company and owner. A/E/C Business Strategies recognizes that the separation of a small business owner’s personal and work life is very difficult and that both mentoring and consulting services addresses both of those needs.
